Define a Benchmark

By Sales Module

Go to Sales Module > Products > Benchmark. Click on New. Choose the product to which you wish to apply the benchmark. You can set benchmark rules based on "Sales" and "Quantity."

You can define benchmark rules by sales on a product or category.

Rules by Quantity

You can define benchmark rules by quantity on a product or category.

Fill in the expected quantity and choose the period. Create the name of the Benchmark and click on "Add a line" from the "Benchmark Section".

You can select the custom period. Click on the drop-down arrow and select "Search More."

A list appears, showing all the periods. Clicking on the "New" button allows you to create a custom period.

Select the Duration and the Duration Unit. Click on "Save & Close". The Benchmark is created.

Assign to a Customer

You can assign the benchmark while creating a new contact from the Contact Module or the Sales Module.

Go to the Contact Module and click on "New." Once the contact information has been entered, select Benchmark from the drop-down menu. Choose a predefined Benchmark.
