Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex projects
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with About cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers
- Drive solution design discussions, system integrations, and API requirements
- Analyze data, workflows, and systems to recommend improvements
- Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process documentation
- Support UAT, implementation, and post-deployment activities
Mentor junior analysts and ensure best practices are followed
